I will be compiling an anthology of sibling stories soon.
So, If you wish to share your own story (or poem, thoughts, ideas or artwork) with me, and you are happy for me to share it within a future book, then send it in!
FAQ
What would you say? Anything, it is Your Story!! Such as…
- A moment that was wonderful
- An achievement
- A battle you have won, or still battling.
- Voice your frustrations and difficult thoughts, feelings or experiences,
- Highlight your relief, excitement, pride and love you feel.
- It can be about the past (yes, adults siblings are welcomed too!).
- It can be from the present time, or maybe your hopes for the future.
- It can be just about you, or about your siblings, maybe about your time together, or about life as a sibling – it is your story!
Will it be confidential? Yes, only your first name & home town will be included to ensure confidentiality. If you prefer to be anonymous just let me know!
Where to send it? Please email jess@bloominggraciouslypress.com with your share (story, poem, idea or artwork) or if you have any questions. Please write ‘Sibling Story/Sharer” in the subject box if your email is regarding your story.
Anything else? Yes – at the top of your email please add your name, current age, postal address, and permission (or your parents/guardians’ permission if under 18) for your share to be used within a book & marketing purposes. – Please also copy your story or art work into the main body of the email if possible (any problems with this get in touch).

Please note, I cannot include every story due to space. BUT, if there is a splendiferous response rate and so many of you are needing to share your stories then I will consider a series of books. Or, possibly creating a space, of some form, online, so you can all shout from the rooftops together 😀
